Create a good skincare routine!
The path to healthy and fresh skin is a good skincare routine:
Step 1. Clean
Invest in a makeup remover. An oil-based cleanser that easily removes powder and foundation, and an eye makeup remover.
Then a cleansing milk and toner that are tailored to your skin type.
Cleansing the skin is perhaps the most important step. It allows the skin to breathe, prevents "blackheads", dryness. A clean skin is also receptive to receiving active ingredients from serums and customized creams.
Step 2. Peeling/exfoliation
Removes dead skin cells, and makes it easier for the skin to absorb active ingredients and nutrients. Recommended 1 - 2 g. per week.
Step 3. Serum
Serum contains smaller molecules, and therefore has the ability to penetrate deeper into the skin layers. Serum combined with a day and night cream gives more effective results. Always cream over serum.
Step 4. Day and night cream
Invest in a good day and night cream adapted to your skin type and season. Generally, a richer/greasy cream is recommended in the winter against the cold, and a lighter cream in the summer.
Step 5. Eye cream
The skin around the eyes is thinner. Eye creams are therefore adapted to the eye area. Avoid applying eye cream to the eyelid.
Step 6. Mask
Masks can be used 1 to several times a week, as needed. Use masks adapted to your skin type and needs.
